Due to humans use language to communicate with each other, speaking and writing skill is a significant tool that either can enhance or degrade major ideas you want to tell. Not only it is important to make people not to contort a passage out of its proper meaning, but also holding their attention to the text is crucial. To accomplish these things and write friendly to readers, I would offer three good advices. You should keep sentences short and simple, use appropriate conjunctions and modify drafts over and over.
As a baseline for great writing, organizing sentences concisely allows readers to avoid misunderstanding. Some writers describe things in hard and complicated way to seem smart. However, complex words and sentences just confuse people and lower their concentration while reading. Well-arranged writing makes contents more brilliant and sophisticated. By changing to short and simple vocabulary, you may be able to polish your writing easily. After achieving this first step, the next thing to do is to connect these simple sentences effectively.
Wise writer use pertinent link words between sentences, paragraphs and themes. These links help to transform topics smoothly, understand overall context and give a hint to readers about what is coming up next. Furthermore, it raises the quality of writing. Searching suitable conjunctions and synonyms of those could be useful for the second step. If you finish writing applying previous skills, then there is one final instruction.
Last but not least, you need to edit and correct your writing.
