Sambok is known as the hottest period of the year. On Sambok, people eat special dishes and cool off their heat of the summer. If you want to beat the heat of summer, you should build stamina through nutritious meals. The most popular and common dish for stamina in Korea is Samgyetang. Samgyetang is a chicken soup made with a small, whole chicken and many other ingredients.
Before you begin the cooking, you need to prepare ingredients. Samgyetang is prepared with a tender young chicken, ginseng, garlic, jujube dates, chestnut and glutinous rice. They are nothing special on their own, but after cooked together inside the chicken, they become one of delicious dishes that provide wonderful tastes with soft fleshes.
When cooking Samgyetang, spicy red chili pepper paste can be added to enrich its flavors and taste to one's preference. The soup is usually not seasoned while being cooked. It is served with salt and pepper on the side, so each person can season the dishes or dip the meat in it. Also, many people enjoy Samgyetang with kimchi or kaktugi which can supplements the tastes.

Your thesis statement and background information are clearly mentioned in introduction. Also, body paragraph is presented the detailed recipe which is appropriate for beginners. The process is organized in a logical sequence and you give recommendation in conclusion. However, if you could, you can add why Koreans start to eat Samgyetang on Sambok. I enjoyed your writing.
